Shoemoney told us to do that if you just experienced an increase of page rank..

I got from PR0 to PR5. Excited about it for few hours. And then, realized everybody has got the same PR0 -> PRX (4/5/6) update on their sites. Well, although it doesn’t keep me from partying, but I still have something to say.

Suddenly, Page Rank matters again.

Suddenly, the Google haters have lowered their voice.

And, Matt Cutts answered a lot of page rank related question, lotsa great info there.

Aw, PR2 is not bad. Try harder to build links! :D

The front page of my site has been bouncing between a pagerank 4 and a 6 for the last two weeks, and finally seems to have settled at 6.

What’s misleading about this is that it’s the toolbar pagerank that is changing, and not the actual pagerank for the site. The toolbar captures pagerank for a site at a moment in time, and only updates three or four times a year. The change shouldn’t traffic in a meaningful manner because the page was likely at the new pagerank anyway, for purposes of it page showing up in search results.

But is its nerve racking to see the toolbar bump up to a higher number, only to slip back down, and then do it again, and again, and again.

Nice to see you dropping by, Bill.

Same here too. It has been jumping between PR0 to PR5. I thought I was dreaming when I saw the PR5 (because it has only been 3 months + since I start this blog).

Anyway, this time the PR update seems to give favour to majority of the sites. And a PR6 is pretty :D
